Pricing

  • A unit is simply one minute, rounded, of an inbound or outbound call, or a message delivered electronically, via text, secure message, email or fax. Messages may be batched for timed delivery via fax or email and billed as one unit. Message delivery to our Intellisite portal is instantaneous and included in the low monthly service fee.

  • Units are calculated on a monthly basis. Unused units do not carry over and plans are not prorated.

  • All of our plans are fully customizable, so you pay only for services you need.

    How To Forward Office Lines

  • Of course! When your calls are forwarded to your DID number, it rings through to an associate on our Startel system. Your account on this system is programmed with your company’s information and instructions, including the answer phrase you would like us to use. This allows our agents to act as your virtual receptionist!

  • Our virtual receptionists can dispatch messages online in real-time via our IntelliSite system. Our IntelliSite system allows you to retrieve your messages online, in real-time, at any time. Additionally, we can hold your messages for you to call in and retrieve them, fax, email, or text message them depending on your preferences!

Your Account

  • Please see our options for Credit Card or ACH payments.

  • With our Intellisite portal, you can make changes to your instructions, contact information, and on-call schedule any time! Clients may email any changes to frontdesk@myfrontdesk.com. This email is monitored 24/7, ensuring that any changes needed are made quickly. Call us at 800-628-7470 to speak with our support staff directly. We’re always available to help you!
